i found one on ON DEMAND but.. its only about 10 minutes long, and includes busses, and boats… which he doesn’t like as much. I’m looking for something longer and all about bulldozers, tractors, dumptrucks.. etc…

Years ago my son had some on vhs. . . he’s 14 now so its been a while. . they were titled here goes a police car, here goes a bulldozer, titles like that. . don’t know if that helps, but I hope so. .
There’s a company called Caterpillar that makes all of those vehicles. They have an extensive marketing department. With a little searching, you could probably find their website. From there, you can probably find Caterpillar products. I’m sure they would have a video like what you are looking for.
How about “Bob the builder” videos? Check with the John Deere or Carterpiller companies to see if they have any videos available.
I can’t remember the actual name of the video but I bought one at Best Buy as a Christmas gift. It had a bunch on big trucks & tractors – all kinds of machinery.
Good luck finding one!!
There is this program called Mighty Machines, and they do all sorts of different things. I think the one you are looking for is called “At the Construction Site” or something like that. I know they have that one on video, but I’m not sure where you are, so I can’t tell you where to look. . sorry
I hope this helps, and Good Luck
My son has a VHS tape entitled “I Love Big Machines” it is all about constrction vehicles. I don’t remember where I got it but we got it years ago. If you can’t find it and are interested let me know maybe we could work something out.
I remember a line of videos with a guy called Hard Hat Harry. Here’s a link to amazon for his Heavy Construction video. . .
http://www. amazon. com/All-About-Heavy-Construction-Equipment/dp/B00003BDYT/ref=pd_sim_v_3/102-5208489-5071321
Hope this isn’t the same one you found. . .
I would try TLC, History Channel or Discovery Channel specials. Shows like Modern Marvels on History Channel do 1/2 to 1 hour pieces on things like the world’s largest earth movers, and so on.
Good luck
