okay so a bunch of me and my friends wanted to know if we would be able to take an aluminum row boat (no motor) and a wooden one out on the hudson. i wanted to if I need to register it or not because there is no motor
we do live in new york and If its under ten feet? we dont have to register it?
yes. do you live in jersey or new york? you have to register it with the boating commission. any boat over 10′ must be registered.
