Questions/Comments/Things that Bothered Me:
0. During the bank robbery a the first thug to get shot said that the bank’s silent alarm wasn’t calling 911, but a private number. Whose number? Batman’s?
1. When batman bends the rifle, I wouldn’t expect the thug to be holding the gun hard enough to let it bend.
2. Scarecrow wasn’t using his voice changer. Why not? Also, when the Scarecrow is escaping in the van, why does the van suddenly stops when Batman jumps on it? It should have kept moving forward.
3. Why were the dogs giving Batman such a hard time? Isn’t his suit knife proof? So I assume it’s bite proof also.
4. How does the Joker kill the black mob boss? Also, when Joker gets up to grab the Black mod boss, there were two goons behind the Joker. But they just disappeared after Joker got up.
5. Who was piloting the airplane that pulled Batman out of the HK building? Wouldn’t he know who Batman is also?

7. During the scene or the commissioner’s funeral, Bruce Wayne actually doesn’t do anything to prevent the shooting.

9. How the heck did the bat-pod fit inside the tumbler and also not be damaged then the tumbler was blown to shreds?

15. Right before Rachel gets blown up, she starts to say, “Someone…” What was she going to say?
17. What actually happened to the mob boss that the Joker said he was going to cut into pieces and feed to his pooches? Did he actually kill him?
18. If the guy was killed in 1 hour, how would the Joker know? He probably would have blown the hospital anyway.

21. Batman really did rig up that sonar machine quick. Where did he get so many monitors?
22. Why does Batman talk in his deep voice to people that know he’s Bruce Wayne?
23. For the Joker’s boat situation, it may have been nice if the people actually held the detonator to their own bomb instead. Then it would show that a lack of compassion will end up killing you.
24. I wanted a scene where the cops realize that the clowns were hostages and how much they would have messed up if they followed through their original plan if it were not for Batman. Like a line, “Oops, we would have made a huge mistake.”
25. When Batman shoots his arm blades at the Joker, it leaves no mark. They should have tore his face up.

also I am not going to sit here and answer every question of yours. Some of the problems you have are continuity errors and such. or just problems you had with the story (rachel getting blown up in example. ) and as far as the car still driving or people not getting legs broken and stuff: it’s a big budget hollywood blockbuster, therefore it’s not going to be 100% true to life.

3. Bruce says something like Will it deflect dogs? And Alfred replies If it’s a Chihuahua then yes. Or something like that.
4. I’m assuming that he either sliced ‘Gambol’s throat, or cut his mouth and snapped his neck at the same time.
5. Could be Lucius Fox…?
6. Batmans suit deflected most of the hit and if he did sue who would they sue? Obviously not Batman.
7. He couldn’t stop the Joker in time because as soon as the curtain flew up [due to a timer] a guard shot at the window frightening the crowd and distracting the guards and that’s when the Joker takes his shot.
8. The Tumbler had been damaged the whole movie and the rocket went into the back tire? And under the armor.

11. Batman wouldn’t do that.
12. Yeah that was stupid but for all we know that man was the only available officer because all the other officer’s were chasing what they thought was Dent’s building.
14. Shocking? Yes. But Rachel’s death was almost necessary so we can be shown one more time that Batman is a man just like anyone else who has feelings.
15. Someone’s coming to save us both. ”
17. I’m assuming he did because “He’s a man of his word. ”
18. He could’ve had an inside man.
19. Dent probably brain damaged or traumatized . I mean he heard his love die and then was conscious when he was burnt! and he didn’t kill Joker because obviously the character of Two Face is known for Chance.

28. Excactly my point in question 26.
Hope I helped.
Im late for the party here, and I didnt get to fully read all the others answers, so I repeat anything, I apologize. I also skipped a few numbers that I just cant give a decent answer to.
0. The Joker had it rigged already to dial his own private number instead.
1. because of the mechanism in his glove. he didnt bend it half from the thugs grip.
2. Its not the real Scarecrow, they were all vigilantes trying to setup the thugs on their own being copycats.
3. His armour is only shielded and reinforced at certain points, not 100% coverage.
4. Snapped his neck. his two goons that brought him in grabbed the mob guys goons.
6. What fun would an action movie be if they adhered to real life physics? What are the odds of anything Batman happening in real life. Really.
10. Helicopter is for surveillance to direct ground forces, not for assault.
11. Bats wasnt expecting him to escape in the first place.
12. If the guard wouldnt have fallen for Jokers little mind tricks, its all they would have needed.
13. Why did you skip the numbers 13 and 16?
14. It was all part of the Jokers plan to get to Dent.
15. “Someone will come” (for her).
18. Exactly. The Joker is a psychopath and really doesnt give a flying squirrel about human life one way or the other – just Chaos.
19. This is an old adage of the Joker’s being used here. Several times the Joker(in comics) comments that anyone can go crazy just for having one bad day. He has used Bruce Wayne/Batmans parents being murdered as an example, and in the comics he went after Barbara Gordon for the same reason to get at Commish G. This is just another game to him, that he can bring down the whole hope of the City – Dent – by killing Rachel, burning him with acid, and getting him to murder.
20. Either just another mind game, or knowing that they would get gridlocked trying to escape and be witnesses to the boats.
21. Did you ever notice Bruce Wayne is owner of this large multi-million dollar corporation called Wayne Enterprises?
22. When he’s in the suit, he is fully into the character or persona.
23. It still IS a lack of compassion in the scenario. Would the innocents have compassion that the criminals can reform; would the criminals be cold hearted enough to commit further criminal acts to save their lives? Holding thier own triggers would be suicide, and what reason would either have to push the button?
24. Wait about 20 years, and you can helm the next reboot and do it the way you want.
26. refer to answer #6
27. Good. That is probably exactly the feel the director wanted you to have. It shows also that even in the face of impending doom, he taunts and makes light of the situation and Batmans crusade of “good”.
28. Never in the comics does the Joker ever die. Only in Burton’s film version. It is the never ending struggle of good vs evil, and the comics often point out how both Bats and Joker live in their own shadows of split personalities, and are doomed to clash again and again. Heath is dead, the Joker isnt. So the idea is that the threat of his return could always come at any time.
