Not sure if you want a different company but here are links to Bergen/Flam (Sognefjord in a nutshell). You can go by boat from Bergen or by train.
When I did my trip on the Sognefjord I bought the tickets once arriving in Bergen. However this was in August. Early June might be a bit busier so looking into reservations might be a good idea.
