Department of Animal Services needs your vote Voting began this week for the 2011 ASPCA 100K Challenge. Ninety-five shelters and organizations across the United States are competing in the qualifying heat. St. Tammany Parish Department of Animal Services is the only shelter in all of eastern Louisiana and the New Orleans metro area in the qualifying heat this year, and needs your vote.
