Man’s body pulled from Tuolumne River in Modesto
A 68-year-old man drowned in the Tuolumne River in Modesto today when, authorities say, his fiberglass boat began taking on water and capsized. He was swept away by the current. Rescue workers retrieved the man’s body after it got stuck in branches along the shore.
