June eyed for opening of revamped Chester Dam
STANDARD JOURNAL/JOYCE EDLEFSEN. Workers and heavy equipment were installing concrete slabs to create the downstream boat launch at the Chester Dam this week and planned to have both the upstream takeout ramp and the launch downstream complete by the end of the week.
