Ok, I was watching this show called “Hows It Made” and this one was about building a canoe. They said they applied three layers of cavalierr, I also heard somewhere that cavalierr was used to make bullet-proof vests. Does that mean that the canoes are bullet-proof?

If you mean Kevlar, no it is not bulletproof. Multiple tightly woven Kevlar layers make it bulletproof. They use it because it is strong and cut resistant.
It’s made of a material called kevlar and scientists have developed a new high tech canoe that is in fact bullet-proof. So if you’re asking if you shot a bullet at it would it rebound? yes it would.
