I am planning to study abroad in Cannes and would like to have a little boat to cruise the sea in?

Does anyone know where to look online to see about buying/renting a small dinghy/skiff that can be tied up or kept somewhere cheap in Cannes?

I visit cannes nearly every week. There is a sea world club here for
nice membership, the rates range dependent on your means. There are
plans for one day a week boat use at marina jaguar, also marina milan.
This drive is half an hour boats are the best kept. A smaller club in the
immediate area is a searay producer though it is a cheesee club in
terms of old fashioned mechanics and latest fads, I like the fishermen.
Many good workers rent because there is an abundance of boats thru
the entire east riviera beaches. Also has good options for serious invest.
A clue would be to offer to lease, and buy say a 50 foot fishing used at
100 a month for one day a week rides. $100. 00 could do.
