Anniversary of Drowning Death on Dan River
Danville, VA – One year ago rescuers rushed to the Dan River in Danville after a boat flipped over. Five-year-old Kolton Karnes drowned. The boat he was in flipped after getting too close to the Brantley Steam Plant Dam.
